Cardiogolf
CARDIOGOLF IS A GOLF- FITNESS PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TEACH THE MECHANICS OF THE GOLF SWING WITHOUT HITTING A BALL
Cardiogolf workout routines combine swing drills and general functional exercises. Some of the exercises will require a golf ball, small hand weights, stretch band or medicine balls, and all the exercises can be modified. In a Cardiogolf workout, you will learn golf specific warm ups, exercises for strength, flexibility and endurance, swing drills for more power and speed, and fixes for swing faults.
It accommodates every golfer regardless of gender, age and skill level or fitness level. Cardiogolf is a unique ‘holistic’ approach to improving your golf game. You know you need to exercise for better health, so why not work at your golf game at the same time?
A few years ago, Karen Palacios- Jansen developed a golf fitness system called Cardiogolf. It is a program to help people develop strength and flexibility specific to golf. It is a program to guide to help you improve your swing technique and body motion. We all know we need to exercise for better health, so why not work on your golf game while you exercise: kill two birds with one stone.
The program is designed for all skill levels including those that have never played the game. The program will accelerate current players and provide a unique way to enter the game for new players.
You can make dramatic changes to your game no matter what shape your body is in or no matter what level of player you are. Whether you are a low-handicap player that plays in high- level competitions or a weekend golfer with a wicked slice, Cardiogolf can always help improve your level of play.

“I learned about the CardioGolf program from Britni Gielow who has been teaching me golf lessons! I started doing the exercise program before i went on my annual
golf trip in September. We play 18 holes a day for 6 days, and by the time I get halfway through the week, I would get a sore back. I did not play as well in previous years. Well I started doing the Cardio Golf exercises every morning before our rounds this year. I felt so much better, and I was able to play all 6 days. I lowered my scores, and my back never bothered me at all! I continue to do CardioGolf today! I hope to keep it going through winter. I recommend these exercises to everyone and anyone. I’m 64 years old, and I want to thank Britni and the CardioGolf program!
Sincerely, Howard Usher”
“Over two years ago, our tennis cub offered a trial class of Cardio Golf. I only golfed on a few occasions for corporate outings and knew little to nothing about golf. I attended Britni Gielow’s class despite no golf knowledge and when her class was over it reminded me of a Pilates class-but just standing up. It felt as good as a 1-hour session on a Pilates reformer. After a class the next day I would leap from my bed in the morning feeling so great. Later that year I tried her golf simulator and she was surprised how well I did, and we both gave her Cardio Golf classes all the credit. I was using hand-me-down blade clubs that were well over 50 years old. One of the reasons I continued to return was Britni’s positive attitude and extremely encouraging approach. A little over a year ago, Britni suggested we go to the driving range and see what Cardio Golf had done for my golf skills. We were both amazed at how straight and far I could drive with very little slice. My favorite thing to do is to attend her Cardio Golf classes and either go golfing after or the simulator as I am assured of a good day on the course. What a way to Winter in Michigan and deal with stay at home orders!!
